Terms & Conditions — AW8Pro Platform Agreement

Welcome to AW8Pro. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and AW8Pro (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AW8Pro website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at https://aw8pro.cam (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the AW8Pro platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

AW8Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version published on this page at any given time is the operative version governing your use of the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Access to AW8Pro and the right to register an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of the User's relationship with the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the AW8Pro platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person in registering or operating an account.
• You must not be currently employed by, or closely related to an employee of, AW8Pro or any of its affiliated service providers.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the AW8Pro platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. AW8Pro reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated bonus funds or winnings arising from prohibited multi-account activity.

Where a household shares a single IP address or device, Players should contact AW8Pro support prior to registration to avoid accounts being flagged as duplicates. AW8Pro will review such cases individually on their merits.

To access the full range of AW8Pro Services, including the ability to deposit funds and request withdrawals, Players are required to complete the account registration process and, where prompted, submit identity verification documents as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and a valid mobile number. AW8Pro may, at its sole discretion, request additional information to verify the accuracy of registration details.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

AW8Pro is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or at any point where the platform has reasonable cause to request identity confirmation. Documents typically required include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), Passport, or Driver's License — current and unexpired.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and Malaysian residential address.
• Verification Selfie: A photograph of the Player holding the submitted identity document, clearly showing both the Player's face and the document simultaneously.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. AW8Pro may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

AW8Pro supports deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally relevant payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT for eligible Platinum VIP accounts). The minimum single deposit is RM50 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether payment cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with AW8Pro's published speed benchmarks: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These benchmarks represent typical processing times and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (anti-money laundering compliance).
• AW8Pro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise stated.

AW8Pro offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded under AW8Pro promotions are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement, applicable game contributions, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

AW8Pro monitors all account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements; systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, AW8Pro reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the relevant account(s).

AW8Pro's Refer A Friend programme awards referral credits only upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit and meeting minimum activity thresholds. Fabricated referrals or self-referrals are prohibited.

All wagers placed on the AW8Pro platform — whether on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and international football; or on casino products including live dealer games, slots, crash games, or instant games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product or market, in addition to these general Terms.

AW8Pro reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; incomplete events where the outcome cannot be determined; technical failures affecting the integrity of a game round; or evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or integrity violations in the underlying event.

All casino games offered on the AW8Pro platform are sourced from licensed international studios with independently verified Return to Player (RTP) rates. AW8Pro does not manipulate game outcomes. Random number generation (RNG) in all non-live games operates through certified algorithms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AW8Pro platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent the platform's security systems or game integrity mechanisms.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Registering multiple accounts or using proxy accounts to circumvent account restrictions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting against the platform, or systematic exploitation of technical errors.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or soliciting any content that is defamatory, abusive, or in violation of applicable law through any AW8Pro communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your AW8Pro account.

AW8Pro reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; (b) the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested; (c) the account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to do so.

Where an account is closed by AW8Pro for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting AW8Pro's support team. Upon closure request, all pending wagers will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should refer to Section 12 of these Terms.

All content on the AW8Pro platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of AW8Pro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the AW8Pro platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of AW8Pro. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AW8Pro, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or network errors beyond AW8Pro's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processor issues.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions made by Players based on information or odds published on the platform.

AW8Pro makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AW8Pro's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

AW8Pro is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its Services. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have an obligation to provide tools and information to help players stay in control.

AW8Pro provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players, accessible through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set by the Player at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at regular intervals reminding Players of time elapsed and amounts wagered during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

AW8Pro reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially alter Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notification on the AW8Pro platform, at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect where reasonably practicable.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The version of these Terms published on this page shall at all times constitute the operative agreement between the Player and AW8Pro. Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the platform and contact support to close their account before the revised Terms take effect.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing (via email) with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". AW8Pro commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter through appropriate dispute resolution channels as advised by AW8Pro support.
